Website Project: Refresh OKC

This was a great project because this meetup group was a long time coming. There are other tech meetups in Oklahoma City but nothing really web design focused so having the chance to build the site was pretty awesome.

For Refresh OKC we decided to go with a one-page website with each meetup cataloged using the Portfolio section labeled as “meetups”. The Meetup API is used to bring in data from meetup.com to display the information and links to the upcoming meetings so that individuals can RSVP.

Oct 2020 Edit: Since launch, Refresh OKC has concluded their meeting schedule officially taking their website offline.
